Mehndi Rang Lagyo is a 1960 Gujarati film directed by Manhar Raskapur starring Rajendra Kumar and Usha Kiran in the lead roles. The film is a classic drama film, with elements of nationalism and love for one's country. It is particularly remembered for its soundtrack by famous Gujarati music composer Avinash Vyas and features with songs by Lata Mangeshkar, Manna Dey and Mahendra Kapoor.[1

The film's music was composed by Avinash Vyas, and features songs by famous Bollywood singers such as Lata Mangeshkar, Manna Dey, Mohammed Rafi and Mahendra Kapoor. The Garba song "Mehndi Te Vavi Malve" is still very popular and is played during weddings and Navratri.[2]
